As we commence work on reviewing and analysing The Pensions Regulator's guidance around our 5 DC risks we need someone to work with us to deliver a high profile piece, consulting with industry to deliver a programme of work that ensures we have the right framework in place for 2012 and beyond.

We are looking for a secondee with:

• in-depth experience and expertise in the DC landscape
• experience of building and designing products for the market
• experience of taking these products to the market place
• possible experience in administering DC schemes
