Duty to confirm or deny whether we hold the information requested

I can confirm that we do not hold the information you have requested.

Duty to provide advice and assistance

I am mindful of the duty to provide advice and assistance, as far as it is reasonably practicable to do so. I can confirm that we do not hold this information as customers may mention that they have been cold called, as part of a wider discussion about pension scams, but we do not record it separately or as a complaint.
