  1. How many scheme trustee boards do not include member-nominated trustees (MNTs)?
  2. How many scheme trustee boards do include MNTs?
  3. Of these how many scheme MNTs are elected by the fund membership?
  4. Of these how many scheme MNTs are selected by the trustee board?
  5. What is the usual ratio of company-nominated trustees to MNTs?

Duty to confirm or deny whether the regulator holds the information requested

I can confirm that the regulator holds the information you have requested at points 1, 2 and 5 of your request. However, the regulator does not hold the information you have requested at points 3 and 4 of your request.
