We've followed the Information Commissioner's model publication scheme (PDF) (English)

All items listed are currently available free of charge. However, we reserve the right to impose a charge for:
- any new priced publications that may be added to the scheme
- reasonable costs when providing information in a particular format
- reasonable costs when providing multiple copies.
Classes of information
- Who we are and what we do Organisational information, locations and contacts, constitutional and legal governance
- What we spend and how we spend it Financial information relating to projected and actual income and expenditure, tendering, procurement and contracts.
- What our priorities are and how we are doing Strategy and performance information, plans, audits, inspections and reviews
- How we make decisions Decision making processes and records of decisions
- Our policies and procedures Current written protocols for delivering our functions and responsibilities
- Lists and registers Information held in registers required by statute and other lists and registers relating to the functions of the authority
- The services we offer Guidance, booklets, leaflets and press releases
What if the information I want is not listed in the publication scheme?
Not all of the recorded information we hold will be included in our publication scheme. This does not necessarily mean that it is not available, so please make a written request for the information you want.
The information may be recorded in any form - for example paper, email or electronic - and may come from any source, not just documents published by us.
Remember - if you want information about yourself as an individual, then the Data Protection Act applies, not the Freedom of Information Act.
