Please could you provide me with information about your ICT expenditure, as broken down in the attached template?

I have included this template (see below) in order to make it easier for you to understand my requirements and provide answers. I appreciate that you may publish contracts and transparency data, but I was unable to find the information to the level of detail I require in publish sources. Within the response, please include:

  • expenditure from all parts of your organisation (central services and business units)
  • as well as your own organisation, expenditure for any subsidiary organisations that fall within the scope of your accounts, and
  • both revenue (or operating) expenditure and capital expenditure

Information we are able to supply

As requested we have used the template you provided to populate the requested information.

To provide some context around the figures, we are currently investing in upgrades to our infrastructure, implementing cloud technology and smart working, and replacing or upgrading certain legacy processing systems and platforms to fully support our needs and the delivery of corporate goals. This includes a restructure of the IT function. During this period of sustained delivery we are utilising external expertise to supplement the existing IT team where skills gaps exist.
