From October 2012, new legal duties for employers come into effect under workplace pensions reform. It's important that you support your employer clients in complying with their new duties.

Note: If your software products are being used by the largest employers (5,000 workers or more) - even if for a small subset of their workforce - you'll need to take prompt action, as those large employers become subject to the new legal duties in the 2012/2013 financial year.
