Identifying your statutory employer

From November 2011, trustees are required to identify their scheme’s statutory employer on their scheme return, via our Exchange online service.

We have launched a new 10-minute statutory employer e-learning module, to help trustees understand how to identify the statutory employer of their scheme, and why this is important. Failing to keep track of the scheme’s statutory employer could have serious consequences for scheme members.
