Former old code schemes
This is an occupational pension scheme which is now registered with HMRC under chapter 2 of Part 4 of the Finance Act 2004 and was formerly approved under section 208 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1970.Under the scheme no further contributions are payable and members' benefits are a fixed amount which can only be altered if:
- the member retires on a date other than normal pension age; or
- the benefits become payable to another.
