Information we are able to supply
All figures below are for bonuses which were received by permanent TPR employees at the end of the 2016-17 financial year. The bonus payable is determined by our Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) budget allocation and pay remit which is approved by the Secretary of State. The percentage of bonus awarded is determined by the number of staff selected to receive an annual bonus payment. The DWP applies a non-negotiable cap to TPR bonuses which is currently set at £10,000 for staff and £12,500 for directors.
To ensure consistency and fairness in the operation of TPR’s bonus arrangements, all recommendations are subject to a rigorous moderation process, including moderation panels throughout TPR and final approval by the Remuneration Committee.
