You have requested the following information: 'full details of your correspondence with Dalriada Trustees over the five years eight months it has taken to try and resolve my pension issue, also could I request a copy of all the correspondence you considered within your recent internal investigation of my complaint?'
I can confirm that we hold information falling within scope of your request. However, due to the correspondence with Dalriada containing restricted information, the correspondence has been redacted.

Under section 82(5) of the PA04 it is a criminal offence to disclose such information except as permitted under that Act.
In regards to the correspondence that we considered during the investigation of your complaint, as this information contains your personal data, I have dealt with this part of the request in line with your 'Rights to Access' as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018.
Three email conversations (PDF, 775kb, 30 pages) were considered which I have attached. All other investigation was done via discussions with the case team. I have also included emails to Dalriada that contain your personal information which were not considered but fall within your request.
