I can confirm that we hold some information falling within scope of your request.

Information we are able to supply

1. How many people are employed by your organisation, including full time and part time?
A. We have 761 employees (676 full time and 85 part time)

2. What is your current intranet solution? (Sharepoint, Wordpress, Invotra, etc)
A. Our intranet solution runs on Umbraco (a free open source .Net content management system). With our delivery of our global search via SharePoint.

3. How long have you been using this intranet solution?
A. We developed our intranet solution in-house in early 2016 and it went live in July 2016.

4. When is your intranet contract up for renewal?
A. Our intranet was developed using free open source CMS and is supported in-house by our .NET developer team. Therefore, we do not have a contract for our intranet.
 
5. What is your annual intranet budget?
A. There is no specific budget allocation for our intranet, with work being carried out as BAU.

6. Do you share an intranet/IT services with other organisations, if so who?
A. No

7. Which team and/or individual(s) are responsible for managing your intranet internally?
A. Our IT team are responsible for the technical aspects and our internal communications team manage the content.

8. Are you using the Office 365 suite? If so, which applications from the suite are in use?
A. We use all standard Office 365 applications.

9. Which team and/or individual(s) are responsible for your intranet's procurement within the organisation?
A. Our IT and procurement teams.

10. Is your Active Directory hosted on-premise, or in the cloud?
A. In the cloud.

11. Could you provide us with a link to your digital workplace strategy?
A. We do not have a published policy for digital workplace. However, within our interim IT strategy we include a section on workplace management. In summary this states we have standardised on the Microsoft technology stack.
