Response

I can confirm that we hold information falling within scope of your request.

1. For temporary recruitment we have a master vendor framework agreement as well as the Non-Medical Non-Clinical (NMNC) framework agreement.
2. The master vendor framework agreement (single source contract) is with Hays. The NMNC agreement is a government framework with multiple agencies.
3. The contract with Hays commenced in November 2017.
4. The contract with Hays expires in November 2020.
5. At the time of this request there are 11 agency workers working at The Pensions Regulator.
6. All of the agency workers are support staff.
