I would like to request data on the number of reports TPR received alleging an employer had been encouraging an employee(s) to opt out of their pension scheme for the following time periods, under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act: 1 January 2019 – 31 December 2019; 1 January 2020 – 28 May 2020.
I request this information in an email response, in a table where convenient, but otherwise at TPR's discretion.
