- The number of contribution notices (CN) The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has issued.
- The number of financial support directions (FSD) TPR has issued.
I would like the data broken down for each of the last five years with a year-end date of 31 January or whichever year-end is most convenient.

Under our anti-avoidance powers we serve Warning Notices (WN) to targets and other directly affected parties to advise of the intention to exercise our powers, such as s38 and s43. If following the issuing of a WN the parties come to a settlement then we do not need to proceed with the use of our powers.
