I can confirm that we hold information falling within scope of your request.

Information we are able to supply

1) From 28 January 2019 to 9 September 2019 please provide details of how many TPR staff have moved from temporary/fixed term to permanent roles?

Based on checks made using our payroll process we have determined that 8 people moved to permanent roles. Please note that we do not have systems in place that allow for this information to be automatically extracted, therefore this figure is from a manual check.

2) Whether the JER reward policy was followed in each case?

The JER reward policy has been applied to all recruitment exercises.

3) The pay / reward for the permanent role?

In the 8 cases identified the pay bands ranged between 13 to 6 and were within each pay band for the roles in question.

4) The directorate for each role?

The directorates where the roles moved to permanent were Human Resources, Front Line Regulations and Regulatory Policy Analysis and Advice.

5) The % above / below what is set out in the JER policy including where pay has been agreed outside the JER bands?

The roles identified were all within the level for the respective pay bands.
