We’re looking for a person to support the Professional Support Lawyer and General Counsel through the provision of a comprehensive and effective administrative service.


You will:

  • arrange meetings and training (book rooms and send invites)
  • schedule agenda items and speakers
  • take minutes and maintain a log of action points
  • assist with the induction of new starters
  • co-ordinate budget forecasts, queries and renewals for legal team subscriptions and memberships
  • provide systems training to the legal team (document management system, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) and deal with queries
  • collate and circulate papers for senior management meetings
  • liaise with others in TPR eg Facilities, IT and HR
  • provide general administrative assistance as required by General Counsel, Professional Support Lawyer and legal team

Essential criteria

  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience of standard IT software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and document management systems.
