Role

We’re looking for two Campaigns Managers to help us get the right message, to the right people, at the right time.

You’ll be responsible for leading the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of effective, segmented and targeted multi-channel communications campaigns to influence opinion and change behaviour amongst TPR’s regulated community and pension scheme members.

Our communications activity ranges from above-the-line digital campaigns to raise awareness of automatic enrolment duties or to tackle pension scams through to low or no-cost nudge programmes designed to improve how pension schemes are run.

Working for a public body also means you’ll become part of the Government Communications Service (GCS) – opening the door to world-leading communications training, guidance and more.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • develop campaign plans and manage the implementation of a wide portfolio of products and communications activities to meet TPR’s strategic goals and corporate priorities as per the operational plan and communications strategy
  • manage all activities in the campaign life-cycle; insight, develop, deliver, monitor and evaluate
  • work with Capita Communications to deliver multiple, integrated multi-channel campaigns against the agreed communications plan
  • manage third-party partners and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of integrated multi-channel communications and campaign activities
  • manage the Campaign Advisers responsible for delivering communications campaigns and ensure performance management processes are followed and that personal development plans are in place
  • deliver activities within agreed budgets and follow formal procurement and finance processes

Essential and desirable criteria

Essential

  • Strong experience in a multi-channel marketing role.
  • Experience of campaign planning and management.
  • Strong digital marketing skills including display, email and social media.
  • Experience of management of contact data, use and development of CRM solutions (interfacing with IT delivery teams).
  • Understanding of customer segmentation.
  • Experience of planning and using marketing research for campaigns and marketing purposes.
  • Proven experience of measuring, targeting and evaluating campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Strong agency and internal/external supplier management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in business-to-business financial sector.
  • Experience of web analytics.
  • Line management experience.
  • Experience of agile project methodology.
