We’re looking for a .Net Developer with Dynamics 365 experience to design, develop and implement solutions (based around D365) for our ‘Automatic Enrolment’ (AE) teams.

Having recently insourced the solution from a large 3rd party, we are now looking to streamline and enhance the service. You will be working as part of the ‘D365 – AE’ team to initially understand and stabilise the ‘as is’ implementation of Dynamics, and then working with the wider team at TPR to implement improvements to functionality.


  • Implement enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Liaise with Product Owners, Functional Consultants and other internal customers to ensure that business requirements of the Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) are fulfilled.
  • Implement changes to the Dynamics 365 and associated technology (Azure Functions / Logic Apps, PowerAutomate, PowerApps).
  • Manage the full value stream of the AE Dynamics 365 implementation:
    • Ensure solution delivery adheres to AE Dynamics SDLC process, enabling fast and safe feature delivery to our users.
    • Contribute to the development of processes and standards for Dynamics 365 delivery, focusing on DevOps principles and values.
    • Manage reliability of production AE Dynamics services to the organisation.
    • Liaise with support teams to ensure timely responses to issues raised by the business.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop system integrations, data migration, automated testing.
  • Offer technical advice and guidance, as well as leading by example through demonstrating TPR competencies and values.

Essential and desirable criteria


  • Strong, demonstrable experience of developing .Net applications.
  • Experience with Javascript, Plugins, Custom Workflow activities and Actions.
  • Experience of managing and configuring:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
    • Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.
    • PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Experience of end user training for Dynamics Solutions:
    • Including demonstrable experience of writing solution documentation.
  • Strong, demonstrable experience diagnosing technical problems in complex business systems.
  • Experience of allocating resources and prioritising work.
  • Experience of working as part of a team delivering services to a large programme.
  • Experience of working with an external supplier / consultancy for solution delivery.


  • Experience of SharePoint.
  • Experience of Power BI.
