Role

We're looking for Dynamics 365 Specialist to assist us delivering Dynamics 365 solutions to the Regulator while one of our great team goes on maternity. The role will develop and implement Dynamics 365 solutions for our ‘Systems Supporting Regulatory Activity’ (SSRA) teams. A large and exciting programme to transform how this arm of our organisation operates is underway; you will play an important role in this programme as the SSRA business processes are migrated to Dynamics 365 and then, as services go live, be responsible for their ongoing development and availability; ensuring TPR are maximising their D365 investment.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • under the direction of the Lead Dynamics Specialist, be an active member of the Dynamics team in designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • liaise with product owners, functional consultants and other internal customers to ensure that business requirements for Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and Marketing) are fulfilled
  • implement changes to the Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and Marketing) applications
  • participate in the full value stream of the SSRA Dynamics 365 implementation
    • ensure solution delivery adheres to SSRA Dynamics SDLC process, enabling fast and safe feature delivery to our users
    • contribute to the development of processes and standards for Dynamics 365 delivery, focusing on DevOps principles and values
    • ensure reliability of production SSRA Dynamics services to the organisation
    • liaise with support teams to ensure timely responses to issues raised by the business
  • collaborate with other teams to develop system integrations, data migration, automated testing
    • offer technical advice and guidance, as well as leading by example through demonstrating TPR competencies and values

Essential and desirable criteria

Essential

  • demonstrable experience of managing and configuring
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
    • Microsoft Dynamics Marketing
  • experience of end user training for Dynamics solutions
    • including demonstrable experience of writing solution documentation
  • experience of working as part of a delivery team in an Agile/Kanban environment
  • experience of working with an external supplier/consultancy for solution delivery

Desirable

  • experience of PowerApps and Power Automate
  • experience of SharePoint
  • experience of Power BI
  • demonstrable experience diagnosing technical problems in complex business systems
