  • To develop and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders to deliver joint communication campaigns through their channels that increase awareness and understanding among their audiences of our messages and drive behavioural change.
  • To work closely with the Stakeholder Affairs Manager, Communications Partnerships Manager, and the wider Public Affairs team to support the delivery of team objectives.


  • Assist in the account management of key partners and build effective relationships with them.
  • Support the development and delivery of a programme of communications via partners’ channels to support the delivery of TPR campaign objectives / messages.
  • Work with colleagues internally to recommend, develop and deliver new tools and products tailored to the needs of individual communications partners and their members.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and reach of communications delivered.
  • Update team systems with partner contacts and maintain a forward look of activities.

Essential and desirable criteria


  • Ability to manage effective relationships with external partners.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to develop engaging content and materials.
  • Experience of organising and running external meetings and events.
  • Experience of working within a communications / marketing function.


  • Experience of using CRM software to maintain accurate contacts and records.
  • Knowledge of pensions or financial services.
