Role

We’re looking for administrative support throughout all stages of the procurement lifecycle, delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with high volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and co-ordinate the administration of the team, including but not limited to purchase to pay user capability and BRAVO eSourcing.
  • Raise purchase orders and contracts and assist users across the business with procurement related queries (super user).
  • Assist procurement business partners in the management and issue of ITT and evaluation paperwork and collation of responses.
  • Maintain, file and archive documentation.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives on all administration and coordination of activity relating to team processes and objectives.

Essential and desirable criteria

Essential

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Numerate.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of eSourcing and purchase to pay solutions.
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement processes.
