We’re looking for an individual who is excited about creating learning interventions. The role will be working across the organisation to support the transformation of the organisational blended learning capabilities. To develop, design and deliver elearning modules, facilitate webinars, deliver training and support the delivery of the annual curriculum of business and technical learning interventions.


  • Develop the Moodle (learning management system) LMS functionality.
  • Design, create and develop elearning modules and classroom-based training to follow blended learning approach.
  • Design and develop digital learning and instructional learning methodologies.
  • Support operational change programmes around the organisation to reduce costs through the delivery of online learning.
  • Creating training needs analysis, identifying learning gaps and recommending solutions.
  • Developing and embedding course building processes to ensure the design standards and quality are maintained and producing guidelines explaining organisational standards.

Essential and desirable criteria

  • Developing business, system and organisation specific training both online / offline.
  • Moodle design and development and elearning design and authoring, eg Articulate, Captivate and Camtasia.
  • Liaising with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organisation and building valuable professional relationships.
  • Reviewing and administering the LMS platform.
  • Supporting SMEs during the content design phase.
  • Course evaluation and reporting on user statistics.
