We’re looking for a Lead Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to assist us as we implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our organisation, as part of a comprehensive IT modernisation programme.


  • Design and implement enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Liaise with internal customers to ensure that business requirements of the Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and Dynamics 365 Marketing applications are fulfilled.
  • Implement changes to the Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and Dynamics 365 Marketing applications; manage risks and adhere to process, to ensure a reliable and controlled IT service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop system integrations, data migration, automated testing.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and standards for Dynamics 365 delivery.
  • Offer technical advice and guidance, as well as leading by example through demonstrating TPR competencies and values.

Essential criteria


  • Strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online.
  • Strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration.
  • Strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 training, documentation and testing.


  • Experience of Powerapps and Flow.
  • Experience of Sharepoint.
  • Experience of Power BI.
