Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised individual to ensure Strategy and Risk operates effectively and efficiently by supporting Strategy and Risk SLT and other Governance bodies and to continually improve Governance and operational processes.

You will provide support to the Operational Lead with planning and coordination of key objectives and deliverables and facilitate key decisions including to ensure tasks are appropriately priorities and approved.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all documents and reports are on time to go to the right body (Project boards, ARAC,OPO, ExCo and the Board).
  • Accountable for maintaining configuration management for all documents and records, including all document audit trails in all areas of the directorate.
  • To provide a secretariat service to Strategy and Risk SLT including biweekly meetings and other meetings on request, including but not limited to administrative support for specialised processes and/or projects such as recruitment across all Strategy and Risk functions.
  • Ensures Strategy and Risk team compliance to mandatory TPR training requirements eg people managers and, health and safety.
  • Establish and maintain Strategy and Risk induction Programme, updating in house systems and including and keeping Business continuity plans up to date.

  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment, make decisions regarding escalations and work to tight deadlines.

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
