Role

We’re looking for an individual who thrives of liaising, co-ordinating and delivering administration support to a high standard.

This role is also a support to the wider Organisational Development (OD) team and will provide administrative support throughout all stages of the organisational development cycle but with the specific focus on TPR’s learning and development administration function.

The OD Administrator role is critical to the processing of training requests that come through to the team and the proactive coordination and evaluation of Learning and Development (L&D) programmes. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, whilst dealing with high volume requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the excellent administrative support and customer service.
  • Maintain and update the blended learning curriculum for all employees via the Learning Hub.
  • Support the procurement processes by managing the administration of single tender action (STA), business cases and tenders.
  • Support the L&D Manager to enable delivery of internal training activities.
  • Create training handouts, presentations, user guides and materials that are needed to support delivery.
  • Manage small projects within the wider OD and Human Resources (HR) team.

Essential and desirable criteria

  • Maintain clear communication channels for the L&D team, managing LMS updates, communications with external suppliers and coordination and confirmation of dates and venues for training.
  • Independently manage the training request process, bringing items for approval once the application criteria are met.
  • Identify and lead on process change and efficiencies to ensure that service delivery to the organisation is of a high standard.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure that all supplier on-boarding to completed
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting on the performance of L&D programmes to highlight trends and impacts
