Role

We’re looking for a Planning and Performance Analyst to support the Frontline Regulation (FLR) senior leadership team with the operational management of the directorate through the provision of management information, operational plan development, monitoring and reporting.

To be the point of contact and knowledge in the directorate for MI, progress against ops plan, budget, KPIs and significant risk mitigations. To liaise across TPR to ensure that operational plans across Frontline Regulation are coherent and that the ops plans are understood and supported by other directorates.

Responsibilities

  • Track the delivery of the directorate operational plans, key performance indicators (KPI), key outcome indicators (KOI) and budget control through providing accurate management information.
  • Support the creation of credible operational plans across FLR that strike the right balance between operational work, continuous improvement and change projects.
  • Monitor and report on progress of FLR deliverables.
  • Support the development, monitoring and reporting of the FLR Directorate’s KPIs and KOIs, ensuring exceptions are escalated and mitigations identified and implemented.
  • Support the development of the Corporate Plan.
  • Support the programme of continuous improvement through the monitoring of progress of work and provision of related management information (MI).
  • Support FLR reporting to the Tasking Co-ordination Group (TCG), working with various stakeholders. Support operational planning on Regulatory Initiatives (RI) and their evaluation.

Essential and desirable criteria
