About us

TPR is responsible for protecting workplace pensions in the UK, working with employers and those running pensions to help people save safely for their retirement. We have an excellent office location in the heart of Brighton and have a diverse, lively and professional growing workforce.

We are committed to making TPR a great place to work and doing all we can to support our people to reach their full potential. Join our expanding team for the chance to be a part of the biggest change to pensions in a generation.

Role

Would you like to use your investment skills to improve the retirements of millions of savers? If you're an investment specialist with workplace pensions experience then this role could be for you.

We want two people to join our small, collegiate and growing team within The Pensions Regulator (TPR) to do a variety of work. Our investment skills and broader pensions knowledge help TPR regulate workplace pension scheme investment.

We do this by helping shape TPR's regulatory strategy, our codes of practice and guidance, individual scheme authorisation, supervision and enforcement. Working closely with colleagues at all levels and other regulators, our work includes interacting with the advisers, trustees and sponsoring employers of the UK's most significant pension schemes.

Our public profile is important, and with your help we will continue to raise TPR's status within the pensions and investment industry through a range of public speaking engagements.

If you want a good work-life balance and intellectually stimulating work that makes a positive difference to UK workplace pensions then apply for this role.
