We are looking to hire an experienced IT Solutions Manager. The right candidate will come from a technical background with demonstrable experience building and delivering CRM/ERP or Enterprise Document Manager solutions.


  • Be accountable for the quality of solutions and performance; ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans for all associated teams and systems.
  • Recruitment, training and development of the IT Solutions team.
  • Be an ambassador for IT within TPR, working across the business to provide effective communication on IT matters and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between directorates.
  • Ensure that the team contribute to DevOps practices by participating in the entire service lifecycle.
  • Understand and identify business challenges and develop strategies and solutions to deliver added value to the business.
  • Monitor, control and support solution delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
  • Ensure the team adhere to the principles of configuration over custom code.

Essential and desirable criteria

  • Substantial experience delivering Dynamics 365 solutions with detailed knowledge of all customer engagement functionality.
  • Recent experience in a lead or above position with strong people management skills.
  • Deep understanding of best practice for delivering solutions with commercial off the shelf (COTS) products.
  • Strong analytical/technical writing skills.
  • Strong trouble shooting/problem solving skills.
  • Strong team player; ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment.
