Prepare your pension scheme for future EU relationship

The UK’s membership of the European Union (EU) has ended, although UK legal obligations based on EU law largely remained the same until the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020. During the transition period there were some areas we expected trustees of occupational pension schemes offering defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) to focus on.
