We expect all schemes to carry out a thorough review of their scheme against legal requirements and the guidance in our code of practice.
This is a significant piece of work. To get you started we have produced a tool which sets out some processes, tools and actions we expect to see in a well-run scheme.
The tool provides an indicative risk rating for your scheme in certain key areas, as well as guidance and links to further information. It also provides a template for you to create a plan to address any issues you identify and to help you achieve best practice.
