Why haven't I received a summary of my declaration of compliance in the post?

We recently launched an improved online service for completing a declaration of compliance. There are no functional changes, but you will see improvements to the overall journey. You can still continue or amend a declaration of compliance.

Our improved service now includes an email rather than a letter confirming that you've completed a declaration of compliance. Emails are a low-carbon alternative, due to them being more eco-friendlier than sending letters.

The email will provide you with everything you need to view your declaration, print a summary or create an electronic copy for your records.
