Please provide aggregated management information already held by The Pensions Regulator on the total number of the following enforcement notices issued in each financial year from 2020-21 to most recently available date, broken down by employer SIC sector at the two-digit SIC code level:

1. Compliance Notices
2. Unpaid Contributions Notices
3. Fixed Penalty Notices
4. Escalating Penalty Notices

Please note, the analysis is based on the data we have available at this time, and as such, there are organisations for whom we cannot determine their size when they were issued with a notice or determine their SIC code or division name. This is the reason some employers have been identified as unknown or have been recorded as ‘null’ for SIC code and division name.
