For the financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26:
- Please provide all official internal policy proposals that have been rejected due breaching the secondary growth objective.
- Any internal email correspondence regarding these proposals.
Response
Following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that we do not hold the information you have requested.
The Pensions Regulator does not have a secondary growth objective. We have a statutory objective from the Pensions Act 2014 to minimise any adverse impact on the sustainable growth of an employer when regulating scheme funding.
