Please disclose to me the following aggregated statistics covering the year 2025: 

1. The number of times you exercised your powers to order disclosure of documents or information in the exercise of your supervisory/enforcement powers.
2. The number of times you exercised your powers to compel interviews with individuals in the exercise of your supervisory/enforcement powers.
3. The number of times you conducted inspections of physical premises in the exercise of your supervisory/enforcement powers.

I confirm that we hold the information you have requested. Please find below the aggregated statistics for 2025: 

1. Section 72 
   • Enforcement against Pension Schemes – 184 
   • Enforcement against Employers (under Automatic Enrolment) – 155 
     Total: 339 
2. Section 72A 
   • Enforcement against Pension Schemes – 7 
   • Enforcement against Employers (under Automatic Enrolment) – 2 
     Total: 9 
3. Section 74 
   • Enforcement against Pension Schemes – 0 
   • Enforcement against Employers (under Automatic Enrolment) – 183 
     Total: 183 

Please note that in relation to your request for aggregation by investigation and by recipient/target, the number of section 74 inspections by recipient/target is 183, which is the same as the total number of inspections recorded. Inspections are undertaken at employers' physical premises and are counted when TPR attends the premises, including occasions where the inspection cannot proceed as planned because the employer is not present.
