I understand that Aquagraphics (UK) Limited went bankrupt before 2010 and was later acquired and renamed Aquagraphics Europe. During this transition, employees were informed that their pension funds had been lost due to the insolvency. I am seeking any available records regarding:

  1. Any investigations by the Pensions Regulator into the handling of pension funds by Aquagraphics (UK) Limited.
  2. Any actions taken by the Regulator in response to complaints or concerns about missing pension funds.
  3. Any records of workplace pension schemes linked to Aquagraphics (UK) Limited and their status following the insolvency.
  4. Any reports, correspondence, or communications regarding pension liabilities or recoveries.
