A re-declaration of compliance is an online form for you to tell us what you did at re-enrolment.

Answer yes if:

• you or a member of your organisation or third party completed a declaration of compliance three years ago
• this is the third anniversary of your duties start date

Answer no if:

• you or a member of your organisation or third party completed a re-declaration of compliance previously (eg three years or more)
