Request

This is an information request relating to flights taken by staff in your organisation.

Please include the following information for the following financial years 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25:

  • A list of all flights taken by employees and board members, including the following details:
    • the airline
    • the class (e.g. economy, business, first)
    • the departure airport and destination
    • the cost
    • the dates of travel
  • The name of the hotels stayed at, if possible.
  • The cost of any other expenses.

I confirm that we hold some of the information you have requested.

Please find the available information you have requested below in PDF format. The attachments include 4 PDFs (2022 to 2023; 2023 to 2024; 2024 to 2025; 2024 to 2025) that come from bookings made on our online portal (note that there are 2 for 2024 to 2025 as there was a change of suppliers) and another PDF (Air Expenses) which includes claims made via our payroll instead of using the booking platform.

We have not included the below as it isn’t available: 

  • the name of the hotels stayed at, if possible
  • the cost of any other expenses

Please note that our robust travel and expense checking processes ensure all travel expenses are for work purposes only and offer value for money.
