Your total billed water/sewerage usage?
We do not have access to billed usage. Water is included in our service charge, calculated as a proportion of the total building usage based on our leased area.

We are unable to provide this information. We are charged through the annual service charge, calculated as a proportion of the total building usage based on our leased area. The most recent service charge certificate (YE25) shows a credit for Water due to a reconciliation of Landlord accounts. YE24 cost does not represent a full year’s cost as we moved into Telecom House part way through the service charge year.

No, however we achieved a Ska Gold rating for our office fit out, completed in June 2023, with low flow domestic water service fittings installed throughout our offices.
