We operate a hybrid working model, subject to government guidelines, where regular attendance in our Brighton office is required. Attendance in the office is team and role dependent.

Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Change Specialist to join TPR on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will collaborate with our Business Change Manager to implement a comprehensive business change management framework at an enterprise level. Your expertise will contribute to embedding consistent tools, templates, and guidance throughout our organisation.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • advise and support change management delivery across a range of change initiatives
  • work with the Lead Business Change Manager in developing and implementing a consistent method, tools and techniques for change management across TPR
  • work with the Lead Business Change Manager on introducing change capabilities at an enterprise level
  • support the identification, ownership, delivery, and measurement of Business Change activities to demonstrate the benefits of Business Change to change initiatives
  • work with colleagues in the central PMO office to ensure alignment with other disciplines such as change initiatives
  • understand and support the identification, delivery and measurement of people related benefits
  • assimilate and present relevant Management Information to track adoption and impact of business change management

Essential and desirable criteria

Essential

  • Knowledge and experience of using the Prosci method and the associated tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting business change management across a range of change initiatives in a large organisation.
  • Experience of working on people and behavioural change within change initiatives.
  • Skilled in creating business change communication and engagement artefacts.
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work optimally (with support) at all levels of the organisation and expertly influence others, including executive leadership.
  • Supporting the realisation of people related benefits and providing MI where vital.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting change management through the delivery of change analysis and change plans.
  • Experience in using MS Office products for example, Teams and developing SharePoint sites.
