Role

We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to support and enhance our business-critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 system and participate as a member of the IT Solutions team.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • implement changes to Power Platform, Power BI & the Dynamics 365 for Customer Service application
  • lead on administrative tasks for the application
  • you will identify application development efficiencies and improvements across the platform
  • collaborate with other teams to develop system integrations and automated testing
  • offer technical advice and guidance to your peers and the business

Essential and desirable criteria

  • A proven track record in D365 development and be proactive & resourceful with the ability to tailor communication style to the target audience whether they be technical or business facing.
  • Knowledge of the Power Platform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Power BI) and its capabilities including deployments.
  • Experience in Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and end-user documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to Dynamics 365 development.
