I have received a letter (or email) about the increase in minimum contributions, what does this mean for me?

The letter or email you received was to inform you of the increase in minimum contributions under automatic enrolment. This applied to all employers who have started their automatic enrolment duties or are due to.

Minimum contributions increased from 6 April 2019. All employers must take action to make sure at least the minimum amounts are being paid into their automatic enrolment pension schemes.

If you require assistance to do this you may wish to speak to your pension provider or payroll provider.
