I requested the passcode for my declaration of compliance account. I received the confirmation email but the link in the email does not work.

If you have received a confirmation email with a link to your new passcode but the link in the email doesn’t open when clicking on it, simply copy the link and paste it into your browser (ie: Internet Explorer, Chrome etc).

The link will only be valid for 24 hours and can only be used once.
