My letter includes a statutory declaration deadline and another date for me to complete my declaration, which one applies?

Your statutory declaration deadline is your declaration deadline under the law. This is five months from your duties start date. We have written to you to ask you to complete your declaration by a later date before we consider any enforcement action. This is the second date in your letter.  If you do not complete your declaration and  we need to take any enforcement action the notices you get from us will only refer to your statutory declaration deadline.
