As an employer, when will I need to put my staff into a pension scheme?

Your legal duties begin on the day your first member of staff starts work. This is known as your duties start date which is when you will need to assess your staff individually to work out whether they need to be put into a pension scheme.

Use our online tool to find out your legal duties for automatic enrolment.
