Work out your re-enrolment duties
I am or will be an employer with no-one to put back into my pension scheme
You selected the following options:
- you have put staff into your pension scheme
- this is the first time you've been asked to complete a re-declaration of compliance
- you have had staff who have left your scheme or chosen to reduce their contributions
- some of these staff earn or will earn more than £833 per month (£192 per week or £10,000 per year) on the third anniversary of your duties start date
- and none of these staff are, or will be, aged between 22 and up to state pension age on the third anniversary of your duties start date.
Important
You must now complete your re-declaration of compliance to tell us that you have no-one to put back into your pension scheme.
- Do this within five months of the third anniversary of your automatic enrolment duties start date.
- It is your legal duty to complete your re-declaration on time. If not, you may be subject to fines.
- Once you have completed your re-declaration of compliance you still have ongoing duties towards your staff.
- You will need your PAYE reference and either your letter code or your accounts office reference number to get started.
