Following an opening message from Fraud Minister Lord Hanson sharing the 2026-2029 Government fraud strategy, PSAG chair Mike Broomfield updated the group on the latest initiatives and trends, including the March 2026 impersonation fraud alert.
Donna Walsh from Standard Life then provided an industry perspective on protecting and educating members, before Chris Bell from City of London Police, provided an overview of Report Fraud, the new fraud and suspicion reporting service. Every report counts.
The webinar concluded with a 30-minute Q&A with our panel answering questions submitted by the audience prior to and during the event – exploring some of the major talking points in more detail.
