Step 3. Write to your staff
You must do this within 6 weeks after your duties start date.
Within 6 weeks after your duties start date, it is your legal duty to write to all your staff individually to explain how automatic enrolment applies to them.
Whilst your pension provider may be willing to do this on your behalf, you can also amend our example letter templates below:
