Work out your re-enrolment duties

Next re-enrolment
I am an employer with staff to put back into my pension scheme

You selected the following options:

  • you have put staff into your pension scheme on or since your previous re-enrolment date
  • this is not the first time you have been asked to complete a re-declaration of compliance
  • you have had staff who have left your scheme or chosen to reduce their contributions
  • some of these staff earn or will earn more than £833 per month (£192 per week or £10,000 per year) on the third anniversary of your previous re-enrolment date
  • some of these staff are, or will be, aged between 22 and up to stage age on the third anniversary of your previous re-enrolment date

Before viewing your duties be sure that the options apply to you and that you have completed a re-declaration of compliance previously (eg six and/or three years ago). Once you have put your staff back into your pension scheme you must also complete your re-declaration of compliance to tell us how you've met your duties.
