Reporting to TPR

What governing bodies must report to us including scheme returns and breaches of the law.

Notifiable events
There are a number of notifiable events designed to give The Pensions Regulator early warning of a possible call on the Pension Protection Fund. If an event occurs it must be notified in writing to The Pensions Regulator as soon as reasonably practicable.
Registrable information and scheme returns
The information that governing bodies must maintain on the register of pension schemes and by the regular scheme return.
Whistleblowing - reporting breaches of the law
Requirements to report breaches of the law including who must report, deciding whether to report and how to report.
